Our agreement
Promalto LLC provides services to business clients. Your accepted proposal sets the work, schedule and fees and forms our agreement with these terms. An enquiry is not an order.
Scope and pricing
Prices are in USD unless agreed otherwise. Taxes and approved third-party costs are shown before purchase. Extra deliverables or a change of direction require your approval of the additional scope and fee.
Payment and renewal
Your proposal or invoice states the available payment methods. One-time projects follow the payment schedule in your proposal. Monthly services are paid in advance, with the start and renewal dates stated in your agreement. Automatic recurring payments require your express consent. You can cancel future renewals under our delivery and refund policy.
Materials, access and approval
You must have permission to use the materials you supply and provide the information and feedback needed for the work. Account access is granted through the platform’s permission settings. You retain ownership of your accounts.
You approve content, advertising budgets and significant changes as agreed in your proposal. Ad spend is paid directly to the platform, separately from our fee. Platform approval and specific marketing results are not guaranteed.
Ownership and confidentiality
You own final original work created for you once it is paid for. We retain pre-existing tools and methods. Fonts, stock assets, software and other third-party materials remain subject to their licences.
We keep your business information confidential and use it to carry out the work or meet legal obligations. We do not publish your name or work as a case study without permission.
Service issues and cancellation
Our delivery and refund policy explains corrections, cancellation, handover and refunds. Remove account access when it is no longer needed. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights.
